The Nova Scotia Nature Trust are undertaking a globally significant environmental campaign to save 100 Wild Islands on Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore, located only one hour from Halifax. The islands contain ancient Boreal forests, bogs, and barrens and have remained largely undisturbed for nearly 10 000 years.
